the breakfast had a good selection and the beds were very comfy, which i found excellent. the wifi reached speeds over 100 mbps, great for easy movie watching. the hotel's proximity to a metro station and brandenburg gate made exploring quite convenient.
one staff member was rude on multiple occasions. they definitely need training on how to speak with guests.

subway walkhelpful staff
The subway was close I think just a short walk away and this made getting around town simple. Staff was good and helped us check in when a rooms was ready and available. I appreciate that.
The pillows was not very comfortable in my opinion.

the room had heating, it was useful. i found plenty of clean towels and shower gel available. the bathroom looked clean to me.
